Exciting opportunity in downtown Davenport, Iowa! Hotel Blackhawk, an Autograph Collection luxury Hotel, is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, friendly, out-going individual to join the Spa team!
Duties include:
• Maintaining a professional presence at the Spa front desk
• Ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere upon guest arrival and departure
• Answering phones
• Making appointments for clients
• Assisting with inventory control
• Having knowledge of product line and pricing
• Maintaining schedules of events and weddings – working directly with Spa Manager
• Creating and sending media posts
• Assisting with cleaning of the salon and ensure sanitation standards are followed
