Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, verifying information
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical charts
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Create excitement about menu items and make thoughtful recommendations

-Organize and perform inventory checks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of spa office procedures and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
