We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our executive staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and providing general office support. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.

Requirements:

*Excellent communication and interpersoanl skills

*Attention to detail and accuracy

*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Experience in managing social media accounts for a business is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
