Spa Manager Assistant - Casino assists the manager with spa and recreation activities. Manages the spa and recreation staff and support personnel. Being a Spa Manager Assistant - Casino coordinates classes, programs, and day-to-day operations of a spa and recreational facility. Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Spa Director. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders within our organization by providing hands on experience within all aspects and functions of the Spa. You will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skillset necessary to excel in a Spa Director Role.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in an immersive training program covering all aspects of business operations.
- Rotate through different spas to gain insight into each unique location.
- Collaborate with team members and Spa Directors to complete projects and tasks.
- Develop Leadership skills through on the job training and mentorship.
- Work closely with Spa Director to understand organizational goals and objectives.
- Gain exposure to guest journey
