Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for our spa guests. Your main duties will include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the spa area, assisting guests with their needs, and promoting spa services and products.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome spa guests in a warm and friendly manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa area, including restocking supplies and tidying up treatment rooms

- Assist guests with scheduling appointments and checking in/out

- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to guests

- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving any issues or complaints

- Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Strong sales skills with experience in upselling or retail sales preferred

- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
