Botanic Face & Body Spa, is an award winning boutique spa dedicated to organic-holistic skincare offering facials, massage & brow services. We are currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager who can help manage day-to-day operations.

Days Needed and subject to change in the future and some flexibility is available:Monday, Thursday, Friday Saturday & Sunday

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Spa team as a Spa Assistant Manager!

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Adept knowledge of scheduling & POS software

• Supervisory experience preferred.

• An understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment is helpful.

Ability to:

• monitor the housekeeping standards and mechanical effectiveness of all facilities, report deficiencies as they occur and follow-up

•maintain a safe and hazard free environment for all staff and guests and promote safety awareness at all times

•review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments

•keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the spa as well as of spa employees

• help implement training programs to ensure the growth of the department

•participate in regular staff meetings keep employees informed of spa policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service

•keep the Director of Spa informed about the department, all employees' performance, and guests concerns and comment

•assist other departments when possible

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• 2 years of related experience
• Initiate and implement marketing and promotional plans to actively grow revenue and profit lines
• conjunction with the director of spa, set key performance indicators for each department to ensure a results-driven business.
• Inventory management
• Introduce new product lines, equipment, and treatments to all required areas
• Maintain company protocols in accordance to the employee handbook
• Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of the spa
• Love of the beauty industry

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
