Social Media Manager Assistant (with Fast-Track to Marketing Manager)

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on challenges. This role offers the opportunity for rapid growth, with the potential to become our Marketing Manager in just three months following comprehensive training.

What You’ll Do:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Content Creation: Produce and curate compelling content that showcases our brand image, treatments, knowledge and the values that drive our work with a DSLR and iPhone.
• Engagement: Monitor social media channels for interactions and feedback, engaging in conversations that build community and enhance our reputation.
• Analytics: Use social media analytics tools to track engagement metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and tools, exploring innovative ways to connect with our audience. Adapt to new technologies and features across all platforms, and post consistently on Instagram/Facebook (In-feed, stories, Reels), Tiktok (In-feed, stories, Live), Pinterest, YouTube (Shorts and videos) and Patreon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a TikTok-centric strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty on the platform.
• Create, curate, and manage content (videos, live streams, etc) that align with our brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor, listen to, and engage with users, fostering community growth and cultivating positive brand sentiment.
• Build and maintain relationships with social community members, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach and advocacy.
• Use community feedback and insights to inform and enhance product and content strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on metrics to evaluate success, gain insights, and adjust strategies. Regularly present insights on socials to management.

Qualifications:

• A background in social media management or digital marketing with demonstrated success in growing online engagement and brand awareness.
• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Expertise in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and editing software (iMovie/Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Canva).
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to capture our practice’s voice and mission.
• Creative thinking paired with strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Seeking candidates who are committed to growing with Beauty Boost and contributing to our long-term success. A minimum commitment of two years with the company is expected.
• Knowledge of treatments- Botox, Filler, collagen stimulators, medical grade skincare, a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,677.64 - $48,988.12 per year
