Position: Manager

Reporting To: Spa Director and CEO/Owner

Job Summary: responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa. Ensuring that all staff members are performing their jobs effectively and efficiently, and that clients are receiving quality service in a clean, safe environment.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma; college degree preferred

1-2 years of experience in a medical spa or medical office

Management experience preferred

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Well-organized and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to lead and work well on a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In direct collaboration with the Spa Director:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa to make sure it is running efficiently and smoothly
• Maintain a high level of customer care and interaction dailyHelp message with clients via email, messenger, sideline, or phone

Diffuse and ameliorate any client incidents

• Run daily closeout for total sales that day
• Makes deposits when needed
• Conduct employee reviews
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Manages patient schedule and makes adjustments when necessary
• Assists in creating and modifying staff schedule
• Oversees Shopify account to ensure patient orders are processed efficiently
• Administrative needs for all employees when needed

2. Administrative

• Order all inventory
• Respond to all emails with patients and/or skincare repsPrepare all Alle and Aspire points for each customer

Have all products and inventory stocked prior to the event
Coordinate cleaning schedule for the event

3. Other Responsibilities

• Available to assist with front desk responsibilities when needed to maintain team focused atmosphere
• Assists with opening and closing duties
• Create spreadsheets of any spending/costs of inventory
