Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Spa Associate to join our team. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting spa services and products, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Duties:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide information about spa services and products to clients

- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area

- Stock inventory and ensure supplies are readily available

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly

- Utilize POS system to process sales transactions

- Promote spa memberships and upsell additional services or products

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficient in using technology, including POS systems

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
