Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about spa services and products to clients
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Stock inventory and ensure supplies are readily available
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly
- Utilize POS system to process sales transactions
- Promote spa memberships and upsell additional services or products
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using technology, including POS systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
