Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products and supplies
- Create and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue
- Train and supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and secure necessary supplies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales, POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and financial resources
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients
- Previous experience in Spa sales is preferred
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and training techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
