The Paws Resort & Spa is seeking a part time extremely motivated applicant to fulfill all receptionist/secretarial duties required. Duties include multi phone line, maintaining and filing reports, high volume data entry and greeting all pet guest with a energetic outgoing personality. Maintaining all cleanliness in our retail lobby. Applicant must be able to multi task at a high volume level. Professional presentation, communication and organization is a absolute must. Applicant must be dependable, punctual, a team player and most importantly have an absolute love for animals and all our pet guest. Character, honesty and loyalty are a must. Minimum 1 year front desk and office experience including answering a multi phone line while assisting customers. This available position will include Monday through Friday 2-6 and alternating weekends Saturday 8-12 and Sunday 3-5.
