Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments, while ensuring client satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling to offer innovative and on-trend services.

Consult with clients to understand their preferences, suggest suitable hairstyles, and provide personalized recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to salon cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.

Uphold salon policies and procedures, including appointment scheduling, product recommendations, and retail sales.

Requirements:

Valid PA cosmetology license.

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Hourly Rate: Based on experience and skill level, the suggested hourly rate for this position ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, with opportunities for commission and tips. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and performance during the interview process.
