Voda Spa is a premiere day spa resort featuring full-access to a 15,000 square ft. facility including: Massages, Facials, Scrubs, Wraps, Dry/Wet Saunas, Turkish Steam Room, Leisure Pool, Jacuzzi, Private VIP Spa, Restaurant,Fully Licensed Bar, Bistro Cafe, Memberships and Private Events.

We are an upscale social club catering to high-end clientele offering Russian influenced cuisine and cocktails. We are in heading into our 14th year of business and looking for a talented Spa Supervisor to join our team!

SUMMARY:

The purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide support for the Spa Management team in all areas of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments, enabling the staff to provide optimal guest service, specifically the providers, guest reception, spa attendant, and wellness team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are implemented, functional, and adhered to consistently.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Daily opening and closing responsibilities of the spa.
• Support Spa Manager and Director in any administrative tasks including, sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions as well as facility maintenance.
• Conduct and support ongoing educational opportunities for associates, including daily line ups.
• Assist in communication between all departments that is necessary for the day to day operations to be successful.
• Attend meetings as required
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve any guest issues or concerns that may arise.
• Communicate any guest or associate concerns to the rest of the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisor experience in a spa setting preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop,squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping,writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
