The Wyndhurst Club is seeking a Club Supervisor who can lead and inspire multiple teams. This position leans heavily on successful daily operations and management of club desk staffing. This person will also focus on anticipating and exceeding the members’ expectations by providing a superb member experience. The ideal candidate poses excellent time management, follow-up skills and organization. They pride themselves on personal integrity and poses the ability to build strong lasting relationships with staff and our membership. Primary responsibilities include:

• Create a strong positive culture amongst the team members at the Wyndhurst Club, through training, motivating and coaching staff.
• Manage and support desk staff, including scheduling, systems training, monitoring of time sheets and the flexibility to ensure all shifts are covered to minimize club member impact.
• Management of daily operations - training of all staff on daily club procedures including: emergency procedures, opening and closing routines, monitoring daily facility usage, completing incident logs, health inspection checklist, pool chemical readings, cleaning duties, and an hourly walkthrough protocol.
• Spend time on the floor and at the club desk to make sure we are delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment in the facility and pool; walking the facility regularly to evaluate spaces and needs.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is working properly on a daily basis.
• Ability to effectively and regularly communicate with desk, salon, spa and management teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify repairs to equipment and the facility. Submitting requests and following through on completion of those.
