We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team in our award-winning Spa in Mount Pleasant, NC. Part-time positions are available with flexible hours ranging from 10-15 hours per week.

The front desk role is essential in setting the tone for each person's experience at our spa.

The position requires:

• Booking appointments and scheduling service providers
• Organizational tasks
• Managing transactions
• Inventory
• Social media marketing
• Upkeep of spa appearance
• Maintain company protocols in accordance with the employee handbook
• Greeting guests and assisting clients
• Positive energy
• Solid understanding of the industry to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Willingness to work on weekends and the evening
