Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and in proper working condition. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Inspect pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Repair or replace pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with pool systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from pool owners
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repairs
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose pool system issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any pool-related concerns
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
