Spares Coordination Manager manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to customer. Being a Spares Coordination Manager verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Manager acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Spares Coordination Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
