Spares Coordination Manager jobs in Bradenton, FL

Spares Coordination Manager manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to customer. Being a Spares Coordination Manager verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Manager acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Spares Coordination Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Spares Coordination Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.   • Responsibilities

    • Reports directly to the General Manager
    • Make sure that the dining room and bar area is clean and well-maintained at all times
    • Ensure that all foodservice operations run smoothly 
    • Placing liquor, beer, and wine orders weekly and staying within budget
    • Monthly inventory of all beer, liquor, wine, and retail, hitting companies set budget goals
    • Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure that the facility is well-kept at all times
    • Managing the daily operations of the business by overseeing all staff members to ensure they are following company policies and performing their job duties properly
    • Ensuring that all patrons are treated respectfully and accommodated efficiently according to their needs
    • Ensuring that all service staff are trained in proper customer service skills and techniques in order to deliver high quality service to patrons
    • Working closely with the chef and General Manager to ensure that the food and beverage service meets the needs of customers
    • Maintaining inventory levels of liquor, and retail items needed for daily operations
    • Developing schedules for each member of the waitstaff based on business volume and staff availability
    • Monitoring the condition of the facility to ensure that it is clean, safe, and comfortable for guests
    • Training new employees and monitoring their performance to ensure that they are performing up to standards
    • Managing the front desk and greeting customers to create a positive first impression of the business

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a hourly manager or similar role.
    • Extensive Service experience.
    • Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
    • Extensive Bar Knowledge
    • Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
    • Being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organizer
