A&S Phase II is conducted a Fort AP Hill, VA consisting of 32 days, 5 days of which will overlap the support provided under Phase I. During this phase, contractor personnel are expected to remain onsite for its entirety, and an average of 14-hour work days are expected for all contractor personnel. Personnel shall be required to operate in an austere environment and wear up to 65 pounds of gear while walking long distances over continuous days.

Contractor personnel shall be required to operate in an austere environment, wear up to 65 pounds of gear while walking long distances over continuous days, and evaluate and provide assessments of exercise participants throughout events, to include written assessments of candidate behavioral character traits. All personnel shall utilize laptops, or other portable electronic devices, and shall work extensively with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
