Spares Coordination Supervisor jobs in Louisville, KY
Spares Coordination Supervisor manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to the customer. Being a Spares Coordination Supervisor verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Supervisor acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Spares Coordination Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Spares Coordination Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Position Summary:
- Consults with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team regularly to evaluate patient's status and
appropriateness of medical care, including admission, length of stay, transfer and discharge.
- Monitors patient and family satisfaction. Responds to questions and complaints from patients, family members, and payors regarding care.
- Participates in discharge planning including coordinating patient transfers to other facilities and coordinating community resources. Provides discharge education and resource referrals to patients.
- Performs chart review to identify actual or potential issues with service delivery, patient outcomes and satisfaction, compliance, cost, and reimbursement.
QualificationsAssociate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
