Spares Coordination Supervisor manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to the customer. Being a Spares Coordination Supervisor verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Supervisor acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Spares Coordination Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Spares Coordination Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. This person is expected to be able to execute against provided instructions from the Maintenance Material Planner to accurately identify spare parts, perform perfunctory data entry tasks, create locations and labels for bins, and meet deadlines. The Spares Technician is expected to be able to communicate daily progress and be proactive in driving continuous process improvements. Experience with material handling equipment and warehouse systems are preferred.What You’ll Bring
- Provide support to ALL Tesla Equipment Maintenance team members when spare parts are needed for equipment.
- Identify spare parts and track down part numbers if not obvious.
- Accurately counting and organizing materials.
- Communicates daily results, ideas and problems.
- Identify discrepant materials or components both in writing and verbally.
- Complete tasks as directed within standard times.
- Efficiently organize and maintain an orderly work area
- Packaging, stocking, and shipping experience.
- Understanding of warehouse systems.
- Ability to use Excel.
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must be reliable, have good initiative, be committed, and quality focused.
- Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time
- Must have full command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Expected Compensation
$25.88 - $49.00/hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
