SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Systematically track location of materials.
• Coordinate MRB signature process with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.
• Maintains inventory accuracy of MRB cage.
• Analyze MRB traveler information.
• Processes and maintains MRB forms.
• Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Daily contact with supervisors and production leaders to monitor production plan, as well as being the link between Master Planner, Inventory Control and Manufacturing, for a correct execution and plan fulfillment.
• Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
• May also support quality, inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.
• Review Non-Conformances and assist in investigation, rework and disposition process.
• Ensures that Hold-Area is maintained and clean at all times.
• Manage closure of aging Non-Conformances.
• Support Workcell with general clerical or administrative needs.
