General Responsibilities :

• Responsible for assisting with the presentation of daily activities and special events.
• Maintains the resident's medical record for activities; records resident's participation and attendance at activity programs.
• Develops interventions as well as carries out the resident's care plan in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team
• Education / Training : A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills. Experience : A minimum of two (2) years’ experience normally required;

prior experience in an interdisciplinary setting and creative programming or geriatrics preferred. ADA : Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
