A Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance around the building and property.
This role is also responsible for maintaining the landscape and grounds of the property while also performing routine maintenance and detailing equipment and vehicles.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Assistant Director of Facilities strives to fulfill his or her purpose in life and ministry while demonstrating integrity in words, relationships, and actions.
These objectives are accomplished by :
Assist in monitoring ongoing Preventative and Deferred Maintenance programs for all major mechanical and electrical systems of the assigned campus as well as for grounds, buildings, and other areas as required.
This includes wall repair, painting, HVAC maintenance, cleaning, and daily custodial support such as replacing soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Landscaping and Grounds Keeping : Weekly and bi-weekly lawn maintenance with the ability to use heavy machinery to perform these tasks.
Ministry Support : Monitor the schedule and needs of large and small groups to provide set up and clean up. Support the ministry with Food Pantry setup, first impressions support, event setup, and overall support of staff with additional needs while onsite.
If onsite, be available to support with additional needs.
Event Support : Work with event coordinator to assist with set up and provide support as needed.
