  • We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Your primary role will be assisting the Maintenance team regarding administrative functions and act as a liaison to the tenants.

    • Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service while establishing the most efficient schedule for our installation, repair, and service crews.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and assist with creating and revising processes, ensuring better efficiency and customer experience.
    • Freedom to express ideas - a culture of willingness to test, try, modify, adapt, enhance, improve and CHANGE as needed
    • Facilitates communications between Maintenance and Office staff.
    • Provides administrative and clerical support for the Maintenance Department.
    • Coordinate the maintenance work for a portfolio of rental properties to ensure that work gets done on time and on budget.
    • Manage Maintenance by addressing incoming work orders, coordinate vendors and technicians to address the work, collect bids, get approval for the work, and coordinate the work with the tenants.
    • Communicate with team members, vendors, residents, and sometimes property owners to ensure everyone is confident and well-informed

    Skills:

    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
    • Organizing- Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information and files in a useful manner
    • Problem-Solving- Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers
    • Functional/Technical Skills- Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
