POSITION: Coordinator / Researcher

POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator within AEI’s Survey division is responsible for researching and gathering data related to properties to assist in the completion of ALTA/NSPS Land Surveys. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Researching, collecting, and organizing information on properties. 

· Search for tax parcel information, FEMA maps, and Adjoiners data.

· Creating combined PDF files.

· Contacting local municipalities when data isn’t found online.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Energetic self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills 

· Ability to multitask priorities and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment

· Detail-oriented and accurate

· Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook 

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Ability to provide a high level of customer service

EDUCATION

· High School Diploma

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· The work environment is indoors. Indoor work takes place in a typical office setting or working from home. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may occasionally be encouraged to stand, walk, balance, kneel or crouch.
