Job Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the JCMC Food Farmacy that includes supply management, food distribution, data collection, data tracking, data reporting, patient enrollment to name a few.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and empathetic skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor s Degree Preferred in Nutrition and Dietetics or Public Health
• Bilingual- English/ Spanish Preferred
• Knowledge of Community Resources preferred
• Comprehension of food security/food access issues
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred

Essential Functions:

• Registering food pantry clients who are referred by the clinic and completing all necessary enrollment paperwork
• Managing food pantry distribution hours: packing client bags and documenting visits
• Conducting in-person or phone pre and post program intervention surveys with clients
• Receiving and stocking food pantry inventory from the Community Food Bank of NJ and other community partners,
• Collect enrollment and attendance data for monthly departmental and annual community benefit reporting,

Pay Range:

$ 52,000.00 minimum to $ 56,160.00 maximum Hourly Rate
