Spares Coordinator jobs in the United States

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Spares Coordinator to work with our Maintenance organization to be responsible for developing our critical spares program.  This includes identification of critical spares, inventory management and control, KPI tracking of maintenance and tool performance. The successful candidate will need to collaborate with various teams and disciplines in our dynamic and agile startup environment. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive critical spares program that bridges across both the Equipment and Facilities Maintenance teams.
• Inventory Management of current spares inventory and continuous improvement in procurement of parts and inventory.
• Create, develop, and maintain records of spending, consumption rates, receiving, analyzing different vendors, optimize inventory control.
• Working cross functionally across our operations teams on a variety of projects to support team growth and our continuous improvement goals.

Desired Qualifications  

• At least five years of experience supporting projects across Maintenance, Material Control, or Production organizations.  
• Background in Facilities or Maintenance a plus.
• Exposure to factory modeling concepts such as material flows, yields, and recovery rates.
• Working knowledge of basic analytics, including KPI development and tracking
• Self-motivated, hands-on mindset, with a willingness to contribute at all levels.
• A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!
