As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. From booking to execution. As an assistant general manager you will be responsible in assisting the GM in food cost, labor cost, ordering, scheduling, and overall restaurant quality. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, decor, audiovisual equipment, and entertainment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Develop event timelines and manage all logistical details to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure necessary services
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and meet quality standards
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events and restaurant service
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
