We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and organization is a must.
Duties:
- Assist the Executive Director of Events & Operations
-Plan and coordinate all aspects of events and caterings
- Create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
- Communicate event details to attendees and handle any inquiries or concerns
- Oversee complete setup of events as well as caterings
- Manage event logistics during the event, such as coordinating schedules and resolving any issues that may arise
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
