Canine Partners for Life is seeking a qualified individual to fill the full time (32–40 hours/week) position of Events Coordinator. This position is responsible for the planning and management of all events held in support of the organization. This position is also responsible for all outreach efforts in support of the organization’s mission and identified needs. Researching, initiating and organizing opportunities for public speaking engagements, demonstrations, information tables, and networking events are primary responsibilities.
Experience in public speaking, marketing and event planning is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize work and adapt easily to changing priorities. A flexible schedule is necessary as responsibilities include some weekend and evening hours. A college degree is required.
