JOB DESCRIPTION
The Events Coordinator of the St. Paul Center assists with coordinating St. Paul Center events throughout the country and represents the St.
Paul Center at such events. This position provides support with event on-boarding, event communication, book orders, travel itineraries, and financial logistics.
This position also assists with building event contracts, event marketing materials, and event emails. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the Director of Presidential Affairs, Director of Major Events, and Dr.
Bergsma Event Coordinator to ensure the timely completion of all event planning logistics.
