You will be responsible for planning, communicating, and executing the events assigned to you with precision and attention to detail.More specifically, you will:Coordinate all aspects of the Limited Service events assigned, including stakeholder calls, contracting venues and activations, making payments, budget management, and attendee communications.Manage and coordinate events generic email inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up with all requests for information within 24 hours of receipt.Handle internal and customer event attendee registration, including uploading, registering, canceling, updating status, and reporting on attendees, as well as updating registration websites as required.Submit and maintain event expenses and billing per the department's policy, ensuring accurate accounting procedures.Assist with Full Service events workstreams as assigned.Prepare and handle the contract approval process of external vendor contracts for services, utilizing standard service agreements, entertainment agreements, and speakers agreements.Prepare RFPs utilizing standard RFP documents, outlining specific services required.Create events communications and presentations for effective dissemination of information.Submit requests and upload assets for all events branding requirements to different platforms.Create post-event surveys and compile reports for comprehensive event evaluation.Attend industry and internal meetings as requested, contributing insights and representing the organization professionally.
