In this role, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, and management of our entire banquet team. You will work closely with other departments to ensure we are prepared for events and to ensure we are fulfilling the guests wishes. Whether it is setting up, serving, or interacting with guests, you will be well-versed in all of it and ready to jump in to help the team when needed. Additionally, you will be responsible with closing out events, handling any complaints, holding meetings with other departments, and ensuring payroll is completed on time.
