Special Events Manager - Casino jobs in Doylestown, PA

Falls Manor is hiring for the traditional position of waitstaff Captain. Must be able to manage, maintain, and direct staff during shifts. Reading of BEO, diagrams, and notes from management and implement within normal scope of management's standard operating procedures.

-Must be able to handle normal pressures of the position and act appropriately

-Must be available to work weekends

-Directing staff in a comfortable manner

-Handling and solving issues throughout the event

-Present well to the client

-Have a pleasant demeanor

-Be presentable , kind, outgoing, and be client focused

-Work directly under the Maître D and follow commands

-Move items such as tables

-Create and decorate station and tables

-Create an environment which is conducive to team and respect

Pay rate: $20 and hour plus gratuity on most events (pay may be higher after a few months of proven track record)
