What is the role of a Booking Specialist?
As a territory booking agent your role will primarily include working closely with theaters, event venues, artists and their management teams to coordinate most aspects of planning performances. In addition you will:
- Connect theatres and artists with opportunities
- Assist theatres and artists to expand
- Practice contact management and negotiation skills
- Build an extensive network of contacts
- Efficiently tracking multiple factors, and be proactive.

Will I be required to travel?
Typically, our agents work out of our office and do not travel. However, if you would like to travel to initial performances at a new venue or with a new artist, we will facilitate that and we do encourage it! Many of our agents take advantage of comp time, but traditionally work a 9 to 5 schedule.
What are the requirements of the position?
A four year college-degree or subsequent work experience
