JOB SUMMARY
Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County (BGCSC) is a geographically dispersed mid-sized non-profit organization dedicated to enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We are seeking a Unit Director to lead our Oak Harbor Boys & Girls Club.
The Unit Director is responsible for the management of Club programs in accordance with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County requirements, and the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to increase membership and average daily attendance. In addition, the Unit Director is responsible for supervising Club staff, the care and up-keep of the facility, community/school relations, budget development/control and fund-raising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar non-profit organization preferred.
Fund raising experience preferred.
Prior management experience preferred.
