Position Summary: The role of our dishwashing & processing personnel is to clean, process, package and prepare equipment as specified by the company. This position requires many physical demands and stamina is required. There is a high degree of lifting and a significant degree of standing, walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.

Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and package all dishware, glassware, flatware and other items as specified by manufacturer and company policy.
• Ensure that goods are cleaned, packaged and restocked per company procedure.
• Inspect and sort returned items per company process and policy.
• Upholds the quality control standards of the company.
• Follow all safety regulations and policies.
  
• Maintain accurate counts of all orders during both count in and count out procedures. 
• Log damaged and missing items per company procedures and timelines. 
• Assist in the pulling and prepping of orders
• When cleaning equipment breaks, notify supervisor immediately.
• Report safety violations to supervisor.
• Communicate with supervisor.
• Fill in for other positions, when necessary, for smooth operation of the business
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
• Attend department, store and safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Working Conditions:

• Daily use of washer, dryers and tumblers, which release hot air and steam, exposure to above average temperatures is prevalent.
• Most work will be performed in a warehouse setting with limited exposure to outside elements, some work areas may not be heated or air conditioned.
• May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited detergents, bleaches and other cleaning chemicals.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items.
