Job Description
Little Monkeys Daycare and preschool is looking for a Grant Writer to join our team in Cheyenne, WY. This position will be responsible for generating and writing grant proposals, submitting proposals to funding sources, and working with the Director of Development to ensure successful completion of all grant related activities.
Essential Duties:
·Develop and maintain relationships with potential funding sources.
·Submit proposals to funding sources.
·Communicate with funding sources regarding project needs, requirements, and financial feasibility.
·Conduct research on funding sources and their eligibility criteria.
·Conduct due diligence on funding sources.
·Conduct market research on potential grant opportunities.
·Prepare grant proposal according to federal and state guidelines.
·Other duties as assigned by Director of Development or Project Manager as deemed necessary or appropriate for the success of the organization (as applicable).
