- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform machine inspections and write detailed service estimates
- Communicate with mechanics and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair recommendations
- Explain repair options and costs to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as appropriate
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and services performed

- Strong knowledge of machine estimating and repair processes
- Familiarity with various machine makes and models
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Sales skills for upselling additional services or maintenance packages
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and workflow effectively
