Being a Speech Writer ensures consistent messaging strategy and brand identity are included in every piece. Provides subject matter expertise in delivering presentations and speeches Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Speech Writer typically reports to a manager. The Speech Writer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Speech Tactics is Charlotte's premier Bilingual Pediatric Therapy Clinic. We seek a talented bilingual speech-language pathologist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals! This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children of all ages who exhibit developmental delays or impairments in the areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, sensory systems, and cognition. 
     
    Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
    • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized of treatment plans
    • Develop home programs and direct therapy for a pediatric population (0-18)
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers during progress report meetings
    • Supervision of SLP-Assistant if needed.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR PEDIATRIC SLP
     
    1. Master’s degree in  Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) (CFs Considered)
    2. State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
    3. At least two (2) years of pediatric experience is a PLUS 
    4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
    5. Excellent Communication skills
     
    Fluency in Spanish and English is a PLUS.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
    • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
    • NC/National Background check
