As an early intervention organization, we have proudly served children from birth to 36 months in their natural environment for over 14 years. We operate in the Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, and Marin counties. Clients assigned are within 15 miles of your preferred location.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate communication abilities and identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement for ages 0-3.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, goals, and play-based practice tailored to the child’s specific needs.
- Implement direct one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and modalities to address speech, language, cognitive communication, and/or swallowing disorders.
- Regularly monitor the child’s progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on strategies and techniques to support their child's speech and language development at home and in daily routines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment sessions, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY).
- Active California License in Speech Pathology
- 1 year pediatric experience
