Speech and Language Pathologist - Nursing Home jobs in Stockton, CA

We are seeking a telehealth (remote) SLP Part-time to join our team. You will conduct evaluations, provide direct treatment, write reports and supervise SLPAs/CFs in a clinical setting. Must have a current and valid CA SLP License.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and treatment plans for speech/language disorders.

• Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.

• Provide direct therapy. 

• Write clinical SOAP notes.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in speech pathology or other related fields.

• Experience in telehealth and technology. 

• Familiarity with communication disorders.

• Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills, commitment, and organizational skills.

• Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders, and a current California SLP license.
