Five Oaks Speech Therapy Services is growing private clinic in the Inland Empire offering a variety of speech and language services to both children and adults. We are seeking a dynamic and caring individual to join our team to help make a positive difference in your clients lives. The ideal candidate will need to be motivated and enthusiastic about their profession and willing to collaborate in a dynamic atmosphere. The position is in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and will report to and be supervised by a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist as required by the State of California.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client speech therapy services in accordance with individual treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists
• Assist with conducting speech-language screenings and assessments using appropriate prescribed techniques and devices.
• Document client progress toward goals and objectives by preparing records, logs, goal sheets or other means of documentation
• Provide assistance to staff as needed and through consultation, training and various activities;
• Assist with the development of goals and objectives for assigned clients
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for use during therapy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
• Perform a variety of client case management support duties such as record maintenance, files maintenance and preparing reports related to assigned clients;
• Schedule appointments for parents/clients as necessary.
• Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, tablet and professional software.
• Attend a variety of meetings, workshops and in-service training to maintain current knowledge of developments in the field of Speech-Language Pathology
• Occasional travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
