Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor provides professional guidance and operational oversight to a team of speech and language pathologists. Plans and implements programs and procedures and evaluates program objectives and results. Being a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages daily operations and logistics. Develops and leads staff development and training activities that support best practices. Additionally, Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor requires a master's degree in speech pathology or equivalent. Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and applicable State License to Practice. Typically reports to a director. The Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Experience:
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
Skills:

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to speech pathology
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
