Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages the daily operations of an organization's audiology and speech therapy functions. Plans and develops speech therapy programs and evaluates program objectives and results to determine effectiveness. Being an Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor reviews assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations. Monitors inventories and supplies and tracks spending to ensure adherence to departmental budgets. Additionally, Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor implements operational procedures to ensure effective care, promote best practices, and facilitate efficient workflow. Provides professional guidance and oversight to resolve complex cases or issues. Recruits, hires, and manages staff and designs and leads development and training activities. May require a master's degree in audiology or speech pathology. Requires State License based on Clinical Specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are looking for SLPs licensed in Pennsylvania to provide services to pre-K through 12 schools for the 2022-2023 school year. You Can reside ANYWHERE in the USA as long as you are licensed in the working state and your residing state!

Schedule & Details:
- School hours availability in Michigan State Time Zone are required.

Requirements:
- A recent FBI Background Check - REQUIRED
- Case management experience
- The Speech-Language Pathologist should be independent, creative, flexible and comfortable using virtual technology for this position.
- MUST have access to Laptop or Desktop and High-Speed internet service and a working Video Camera
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone are a must!
- Experienced MA, MS, CCC-SLPs, preferably with school-setting experience.
- Full State License and Education Certification is a MUST HAVE!!!
