Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor provides professional guidance and operational oversight to a team of speech and language pathologists. Plans and implements programs and procedures and evaluates program objectives and results. Being a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages daily operations and logistics. Develops and leads staff development and training activities that support best practices. Additionally, Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor requires a master's degree in speech pathology or equivalent. Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and applicable State License to Practice. Typically reports to a director. The Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We offer tele-therapy and clinic therapy services in our beautiful facility!
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting and/or tele-therapy.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized of treatment plans
Develop home programs and direct therapy for a pediatric population (0-18)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers during progress report meetings
Supervision of SLP-Assistant if needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP
1. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) (CFs Considered) 2. State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) 3. At least two (2) years of pediatric experience is a PLUS 4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.5. Excellent Communication skills
Fluency in Spanish and English is a MUST
