Speech-Language Pathologist, SLPA and CFY to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations! The Speech Pathologist, SLPA and CFY is responsible for providing speech therapy treatments to patients to facilitate increased independence and functioning under the supervision of a Licensed Speech Therapist Primary Job Responsibilities: 1. Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Speech Therapist 2. Work with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist job duties include instructing patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of speech therapy. Provide quality patient care including: screening and evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, discharge plan, supervision of assistants and case management responsibilities. Maintain professional conduct that represents Gorham Therapy Services commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with facilities and clients.
