This on-campus position will require some early morning, and weekend work for specific events, either in person or serving in an on-call capacity.
Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the salary range is $51,183 - $55,000 plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. Required: Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the development, implementation, and delivery of programs and events, OR high school degree with 5-7 years of experience in the development, implementation, and delivery of programs and events.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the development, implementation, and delivery of programs and events.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the external community; ability to organize work effectively, prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment; strong planning and scheduling skills; ability to provide direct training and administrative guidance; ability to plan, direct and evaluate operations.
