A Brief Overview
Responsible for the administration, development and coordination of strategic and operational functions of all HNMC Breast Programs. Serves as key leader in the clinical development, and implementation of a Comprehensive Breast Program. This includes, but not limited to, financial and strategic planning, clinical workflow and practice standardization, accreditations and development of program initiatives as it relates to Breast Services. Overall management responsibility for multidisciplinary breast teams (including but not limited to Imaging, Surgery, Medical Oncology, Navigation and Genetics). Collaborates with the Vice President of Oncology Services, Executive Leadership, oncology leaders and physicians to implement strategies to ensure high quality and efficient services leading to and promoting programmatic growth. Provides support and direction to breast services leaders with regards to compliance with regulatory organizations, clinical practice, technology and operations.
